"Irene at the front desk went above and beyond- breakfast service and staff above and beyond. noisy at night based off of traffic from the 400, easy and accessible. Hotel room was clean and provided with everything needed.- air conditioning unit wasn’t working.. my only complaint. Would definitely suggest staying at the Holiday Inn express I will be there again."

"1. The airport shuttle was great although some rides were delayed by 10 to 15 min. However the drivers were amicable and supportive. 2. The breakfast was the best part of the deal and the mean was great. Freshly served and well catered. 3. The staff especially Rekha was great and she directed me to the right source for catching shuttle bus, breakfast and what I can do within 48 hrs in Toronto."
