"The cleanliness, staff, shuttles to airport and access to coffee and water was fantastic. The hot tub was out of order and a small complimentary breakfast would have been preferred, however the food at the restaurant was good."

"We booked a 3 night baseball weekend and chose this hotel mainly for its location to the ball park. Well it was that and so much more!! It is a 5 minute walk to Roger's Place, CN Tower and SO many shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, very reasonably priced and wonderful staff. The train from the airport takes you one block away. Definitely recommended and will be staying again in the future."

"Stayed at the Hyatt a couple of times previously. The location, the rooms, the mini bar amenities, the champagne welcome are all difficult to beat. What was disappointing on this occasion was the Writers Room Rooftop Bar. Met at the front by a frosty receptionist who asked if we had a reservation. Made us wait outside for 5 minutes while they checked if there was a table. Went inside and the place was barely even full on a Sunday. Seating at the bar and empty tables in and out.
