"Lovely hotel, great breakfast. Very nice staff. We stayed 3 nights. Had to ask at reception four times to get our room cleaned, it was finally done late in the day on our second day even though we vacated the room for most of the days and left the sign out asking for our room to be cleaned. Also sliding bathroom door very noisy. No way to open it at night without waking up others."

"This is a very busy downtown hotel. Excellent location for downtown activities such as art galleries, museums, etc. During our stay, one restaurant was open since other facilities were under renovation. Friendly efficient staff."

"Check in was easy. Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Wasn’t a whole lot of things around the hotel to walk quickly to but we didn’t mind. The room itself was huge and beautiful. We would stay again."
