"Pretty difficult to check in. There’s no front reception (it’s on the 3rd floor). The staff were not very friendly. A resident of the apartment block helped us more than the staff. Also absolutely everything is chargeable including the swimming pool! It was very expensive to use the pool and you couldn’t come in and out. You also had to pay to use the gym, any towels. "The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators.
