"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. "Nice comfortable clean smallish room. The breakfast was fine, affordable (12 euros) and convenient but the dining room when I get there was filled with dirty dishes, they were slow to bus tables. In their defense, I came to the breakfast room at 8 right after the morning rush. The lobby is a bit basic, but there was a place to sit and work or recharge your cell phone while you waited for your room to be ready. "Beautiful hotel in fabulous location - 7 mins walk away from train and most major attractions! Really great hotel - very clean and hospitable. Room is really clean, spacious and bright. We stayed in the two double beds room, which were comfy. Decor is really modern. TV channels are interesting. Everyone is always so happy and eager to help out, esp the front desk staff.
