"Salvatore was wonderful. He was kind and met us on the lane as we were walking toward the hotel and took my luggage from me. He recommended three wonderful restaurants. The only issue we did not understand was the breakfast. It was never offered to us and we never saw anyone using the breakfast room. We aren't clear about whether we should have ordered a breakfast or if it was included. Other than that, we would stay there again."

"The room was in a beautiful historic building. Partially apartment and partially rented as hotel rooms. Our room was very clean and quiet. We had a late check in. We had to communicate with the property manager and he met us at the apartment upon arrival. Was very communicative the whole time."

"Lovely hotel, amazing views, manicured gardens, excellent staff, (Carmen, Martina, Connie, Gaetano, Valentina, Laura, Roberta to mention but a few) good spa. However, there were 2 major issues which were not in keeping with a 5* at this price point: 1) there is a huge unattached manhole on the road in front of the hotel which makes a racket every time a car drives over it and keeps you up at night through the night; 2) a horrible drain stench from the toilet / bidet in the rooms. To the hotels...

"Syrrenton Homes was such a hidden gem. The owner was helpfull throughout my booking process. He provided great advice and great recommendations to food places throughout. He also became a true friend and emotional support system (lol) as I had some travel delays upon arrival. He made the stay so worth while! The room was comfy, clean, and spacious… I look forward to visiting again my friend!! P.s. his Lemonchello is the best ! "

"We were very pleased with our accommodations. The staff was quick to respond to our needs prior to checking in. However, the staff is not at the reception desk at all times and only when you make prior appointment to meet them. The apartment is very updated and met all of our needs, however the WALLS are paper thin and you can definitely hear your neighbors breathing (not exaggerating). We lost couple of nights sleep because of the noise. Location is wonderful and adjacent to the train station...

"Our party of 8 people stayed in 4 of these rooms. It was the perfect area, right on the main street, walking distance to everything! Clean place, comfy bed, helpful staff, great for the price. I would not recommend staying in the blue room, it is directly above a bar, and very loud until 3am every morning. We went in late April, two of the rooms still had the heat on, and the other two had AC. It was pretty warm while we were there, so the Staff had to have someone come put all the rooms on AC....

"The hotel was perfect. Amazing view of Bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius from the room. Staff was extremely friendly and the hotel is in the perfect location. Close enough to walk to town but not in the middle of the busyness of Sorrento. Walk to everything Sorrento has to offer. Breakfast was included and great!"
