I can’t fault this hotel, the location was perfect, the staff were fantastic, food and hotel rooms were lovely I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back when I next come to Sorrento.

We had a 3-night stay in September and the hotel was wonderful, it was beautiful and well maintained. Its location is perfect, close enough to the downtown area to walk but far enough away that the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet. The concierge was extremely helpful in setting up tours, arranging transfers, etc. I will stay here again when we return to Sorrento.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is so beautiful and clean with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. We loved the rooftop pool! The view from our room was gorgeous.

Property was clean and very well kept. The staff was sooo amazing!! I forgot to get the name of the 2 front desk ladies that helped me. They we’re fantastic and so was the bell man. Overall the hotel was great staff was even better. I really appreciate all that they did for my husband and I to have a wonderful stay

Nice roof top but not quite as nice as pictured on website. 20 - 25 minute walk to port, about 18 minutes to outskirts of historic centre. Staff were not as friendly as all the other hotels on our various stays in Italy and Sorrento area. Overall, not the worst but definitely not great value.

Our family visited the hotel in August. The hotel is well located a short walk from the town center and its many restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is well appointed and spotlessly clean. The facilities are ideal with two swimming pools, one on the roof for those seeking sun and one in the garden which is more shaded (but beware mosquitoes in the morning and evening). The breakfast was very good. The gym was modern and clean - they limit the number of people using this to four at a time to avoid overcrowding. Overall a very enjoyable place to stay.

Grand Hotel De La Ville was a beautiful place to stay and a wonderful part of our trip. The property was elegant, immaculate, and very well maintained. Our room was lovely and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The food and breakfast buffet were excellent! The location was also incredibly safe and convenient for exploring the area. From the accommodations to the cleanliness and setting, everything made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everyone there was polite and responsive. Communication was excellent. I would happily return and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
