We had a lovely stay at the Grand Hotel de la Ville. The staff were excellent, reception tea, helped me organise transfers and some great excursions. Dining and bar staff also very attentive. Good location.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is a very traditional Italian style hotel, with beautifully tiled floors and marketry furniture (that is everywhere in Sorrento). Its location is a short 10 min stroll to the centre of town, and only 5 mins from the train station. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the bay and Mt Vesuvius (room 507). The bed was super comfortable, the aircon an absolute pleasure and the blackout blinds did their job too well! We would happily recommend the Grand Hotel De La Ville.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well kept. I like that the hotel seemed quiet however we didn't have a car and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. (with hills). I would recommend!

Wonderful hotel, everyone was very nice and helpful, buffet breakfast was tremendous. Very good location ( 2 blocks to Corsa Italia, easy walk to the train station, Marina Piccolo, and restaurants). Rooms were a good size and very clean. A great place to stay!

This hotel was amazing and truly contributed to how special my stay was in Sorrento. It was beautiful and the staff were so lovely - especially the waiters in the restaurant who were so friendly and kind. The location is a short walk from Piazza Tasso and the surrounding area is calm with not much noise at night.

The hotel was honestly the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, convenient to the town of Sorrento, and the staff was helpful & friendly. The dining area inside and out were perfect and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. You couldn't ask for anything more.
