"Everything about Birch Lodge was wonderful. Such a relaxing stay. Ability to fish from the dock was a treat."

"It seemed that they were either short on help, or not very organized. We were about an hour early for check in and was told we would have to wait. Which is ok. When other people started arriving they were told the same thing. The staff kept talking to each other that so many rooms were done except for the beds. I just couldn't figure out how you do the whole room but not the beds. But I don't know what their routine is"
