"The room was not cleaned. Garbage bin was full. The bedding and towels with heirs. AC was broken. The recepnionist could not find my booking for 15 minutes in computer."

"It's a great place to stay in London, ON. The price is reasonable, and it's perfect if you're looking for a quiet place to stay. Personally, I felt right at home there."

"We had a King Loft which was very spacious. We were able to control the temperature in the room easily - I've stayed places where that was not the case. Access to the hotel entrance and to the room is digital -- they send you the code when you check in. The location is within walking distance of the Grand Theatre which is why we stayed there. Right across the street is the Covent Garden Market. It poured rain the whole weekend so the Market was handy for breakfast and then for dinner."
