"Brilliant little hotel with equally brilliant staff "

"Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. "

"Our host Lucy was most welcoming and helpful. Short walk into downtown Stratford. The property was extremely clean. I would say the room was small but the wonderful breakfast (the best we have had in our 2 and a half week stay in 7 different hotels in England) made up for that! The breakfast room was a cheery way to start the day too! Highly recommend!"

"We had a lovely large room and en-suite bathroom at Laurel House. Our bed was very comfortable and the room had tea making facilities also. Our hosts Gilly and Hugh provided a wide range of choices for breakfast including healthy options and fresh fruit. The dining room overlooks a lovely garden and off-street parking was available. The house is within walking distance of the town centre, though we are not fast walkers so usually took about 25mins."

"Friendly welcome, safe parking although restricted so early arrival required. Easy to walk in to town to shop, eat or go to the theatre. Also time in the morning to go out for breakfast or walk due to being able to leave the car til mid day. overall, a stress free trip."
