"The room was tidy and clean, we were welcomed by the staff who made sure we had our keys left for us with security, after the reception closed, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t make the use of the kitchen in the end, but it had all the usual amenities. "It was a quite traumatic check in, only helped by the concierge of another property. The apartment was in a great location for restaurants and the tram system. The television was unusable and the plug had to be pulled out because it couldn’t be turned off. Some of the cupboards were missing their mechanisms so were quite difficult to open, but in general it was a good place to stay."

"Imagine flying to the town where you have your accommodation booked and paid to learn upon arrival that there is a couple bucks fee that you need to pay in order to get checked in (nowhere else in Gdansk i was asked to pay this fee), and there is no reception at the apartment - it's on the other side of the city where you might have to go to pay it, or their online option which is barely working, while the host replies to your messages once every 20-30 min. None of host's "emergency" phone...
