"The place was not functioning. It was closed. Nobody opened the door. We waited 35 minutes outside. No answer. We were left to find a new spot on a Saturday at 9 pm with 2 children. The 2 hours later they replied "sorry, your room is ready now", and when we told them we had to find an Airbnb and we needed a refund, they quit answering. Irresponsible and unethical. Stay away"

"What a great find. A truly wonderful place to stay. We aligned completely with their values on the environment, respect, recycling and minimalism. The rooms, bed, pillows, amenities were fantastic. The staff obliging, patient and respectful particularly as I had a small personal issue which the staff helped me resolve. Not central but only 7 min walk to the main square and we liked being away. The tea/coffee service was a beautiful nightly touch. We enjoyed the snacks, choosing our towels and the view from our room. Breakfast was amazing from the selection right through to the quality of the ingredients and the flavours. Loved our stay here."
