"Our air-conditioning unit leaked water all over our back pack and got our clothes wet. It was also very loud."

"Beautiful property with very friendly and efficient staff. Loved the detail of the rooms, they felt luxurious and the attention to detail from the staff was second to none. Excellent friendly service at Catch Beach Club with yummy food, the breakfast was amazing and the view perfect. Definitely will come back."

"Saii Laguna is a gorgeous property that is well maintained and it is on the beachfront so beach access is immediate and perfect. The staff are amazing. They walked us to our room and explained everything. On our last night they let us check out at 12pm then use the facilities all days so we could catch out night flight. The property and rooms are clean. Bed is cozy. The only thing to know is that the Laguna properties are isolated from the other bigger parts of Phuket. If you are looking for a family, resort vibe -this may be perfect. If you are looking to be in more of the action you may find it far away. Patong beach is about 40 minutes by car to give an example. So it depends on what kind of vacation you want to have."

"Room did not overlook the beach. This is not a beachfront hotel as stated and it should not be consider a 5 star hotel. Right outside the hotel lots of trash and areas under construction. Not a luxury area as stated. The only nice amenities were gym and pool . Not vibe, silent and quiet. Breakfast was average. Basic. Staff was kind and friendly, but not as a 5 start luxury hotel experience. Very disappointed. "
