The staff are so friendly, respectful and helpful. The restaurant’s are top class.The variety at the breakfast buffet is second to none. I would highly recommend The Westin for a stay in Seoul and would definitely return."

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was helpful and nice. Room was clean and spacious. Very happy with the location. Not on the busy Myeongdong street, but close enough to all the main attractions. Located right outside was hop on/off bus and airport limousine bus stop. In-between 2 metro stations stops. We also enjoyed the communal kitchen with different food options and use of laundry facilities for free. I would suggest an additional food option available for vegetarian/vegan; perhaps oatmeal...

"部屋は広くてキレイでした。ドラム式洗濯機がありましたが泊まった部屋には乾燥機能がついていなかったのが残念でした。事前にわかれば良いと思いました。 乾燥機はありませんでしたが、小物干しを貸してもらえたため、室内干しはできました。冬は乾きにくいと思われるため、注意が必要です。 シャワーの水圧が弱いこと、シャワーとトイレの仕切りが小さいため、トイレ前の床が濡れるのが気になりました。 全体を通しては快適に過ごすことができました。また、スタッフの方の対応もよかったです。"

"The staff is overall very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient especially if you are planning to shop for kids clothes in Dondaemun area. I requested crib beforehand but only found out that the crib was not set up in the room. Requested again with staff at front office and it was set up efficiently after we came back room from lunch. Recommended!"
