The staff was attentive and was happy to supply additional amenities when needed. Room was very clean and modern, and had very good blackout curtains for getting rest early. The only issue I faced was that my door was difficult to ensure was latched, and on one of my brief trips down to the lobby to request amenities, it didn't latch properly when I was...

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The staff are helpful. The room is clean and spacious. They offered a free city pass but we already got our swiss travel. The breakfast is great! It’s convenient and very close to Coop. Free shuttle to airport is a plus! Highly recommended!"

"Tiny room at end of corridor but ticked all the boxes. Clean, white linen and comfortable bed. Free wifi in room. This is in a separate building from the main hotel where you have to go for Reception and the bar and restaurant. I didn't ate at the hotel so can't review though like most places in Geneva it was expensive. There are petrol stations with small supermarkets and an Aldi nearby and a large malls short bus ride away. I was going to a concert near the airport so wanted to stay close...

"The room was tiny- but it was correctly advertised. This was the first day of our trip and we did not know it would actually be the best shower we encountered. The showers around the rest of Switzerland were leaky, at best. We mainly found bathtubs everywhere. We knew there was no air-conditioning, but we’re surprised by how warm the room was during the day. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The bus ran right in front of the hotel, so getting around was easy."
