Check in was easy and took only a couple of minutes. We got room 112 and it was very clean, smell good, ac worked perfectly! Even bed and pillows were pretty comfy. View was really nice too. "Awesome trip stayed there for seven days had a blast down by the pool and the tiki hut and the iguanas are fun to watch as are the curly tail lizards no problem we had in the room was the toilet didn’t flush very well. "Staff was very accommodating, We were there for our 48th anniversary. Asked to change reservation to a beach front cottage. They were very accommodating moved us to a beach front cottage, king size bed full kitchen. They gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate. Room change was easy no hassle "
