Excellent hotel stay!! Staff was so nice and wonderful, very welcoming . Room was clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable In the lobby they serve fresh hot and cold tea. In the room is instant coffee , tea. They have a fridge and a safe in the room too Very convient location, close to botanical gardens, 20 minute walk to the center of Christchurch

Need to walk 20min to town, swimming pool will have some duck swimming in the morning and evening where’s no one in the pool. Front desk staff just do their protocol,not genuine or warmth at all,needed to ask her (Philippine lady) on hotel facilities (transport to mall) if not she rather not mention.

Everything was fine except housekeeping. One day they completely missed making up our room and on the days they did make it up, the bed was not made properly. The rest of the staff were excellent, as were the facilities and our room
