"The lady in the reception wasn't very helpful 😕 the room was good and very spacious just the location we weren't happy about, underneath the stairs, cars blocked the path for our trolley with our heavy luggage on it. We used to ask the reception to allow us to leave our heavy luggages in the storage or in looks like small meeting room next to the reception area. That's where we're allowed to put our luggages. But that time we weren't allowed as apparently it is full. i saw it wasnt. The lady wasn't helpful. 😔😔 the lady who took us to the airport was very nice. "

"Staff were friendly, even got offered a bbq sausage when we arrived! Restaurant on site which was great. Walked to a concert we were attending which was only about 10-15mins away so very handy!"

"Clean room very comfy, I could see sunrise from my window. No air conditionar but there was a fan. I was traveling in March so I didn't need the fan. Tidy and neat. Helpful staff. "
