We really enjoyed our short stay. The Receptionist was lovely and helpful. The premises was clean, tidy and homely. It could do with an update though however that did not take away from the hospitality or comfort. We would stay here again. Thank you Team Southern comfort xox

It was very last minute so I was really happy with the accommodation. I felt it did smell a bit damp and the bathroom light wasn't working. I also found a hoodie hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

we were very happy with our stay here. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with easy parking for our daughter who would pick us up each morning and drop us back at night. We did mention to the receptionist that the shower was too hot. To get it to a reasonable temperature the force of the water had to be excessive. But we are looking forward to returning on our next visit to Chch.

Room in good condition, clean and staff were friendly. Could do with a new sofa/pull out bed. There was only 2 of us, and didnt require a pullout bed, and was uncomfortable to sit on during the day/evening. Otherwise was sufficient for the length of time we were there (9days) close to the city

I booked late so checked in late I had paid at the time of booking but the room I had booked was double booked and I really just wanted to use the spa so was sent to another motel they manage I think so I could have a spa room there check in was extremely fast and easy despite this small issue which they were more than happy to fix and accommodate my needs and I got a bigger room they were friendly and helpful would definitely book again :) thanks 👍

クライストチャーチ空港からレンタカーで行きましたが、駐車スペースも十分あって便利でした。美しいハグレー公園やエイボン川も近いし、美しいクライストチャーチの街歩きにはとても良いロケーションです。受付の女性も親切で聞きやすい英語を話で好印象でした。
カードボードカテドラル(仮設大聖堂)。強化紙素材が主材料だがとても立派で荘厳。設計は日本人坂茂氏。
カテドラルスクエア。2011年の大地震で倒壊して再建工事中。NZにとっての重要性を感じます。
受付のある建物。親切は女性が対応してくれました。

Close to the park. Generally, a decent enough place to stay. A $100 deposit was requested, which I did not notice on any of the info given on the motel. When the EFTPOS machine didn't work, I was asked if I had enough money (worked the second time with a different method). There was an incident at about 1:30 AM where a person was persistently yelling and knocking at a different unit and lasted for at least 30 min intermittently.

The room had a really good shower, comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly, house keeping everyday. Only things i can fault are, the room we were in was right by the road and all you could hear was the traffic 24/7 because its a main road & when we arrived at 530pm all windows were still open, room was really cold.

Pros. Cheap. Central location. Comfy bed. Clean enough. Last minute booking for an overnight stay. We were delayed on the road & called ahead. They waited 90mins past the final check in time for us, very kind.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. The shower unit could have been bigger, but that’s me personally, the only bad item was the heater was loose and coming away from the wall
