"This facility is worn out and in serious need of an upgrade. The room was in bad disrepair with peeling paint, peeling wallcovering, stains on the wallcovering, wood trim coming off the wall and rusted out plumbing fixtures. The ice machine was located in a separate room that was filthy and was a chest type machine that you access the ice with a scoop. I do not believe that this is up to the health department code as there is no means of keeping contamination out of the ice. Staff was very nice, bit management refused to refund the final two nights of a three night stay. I do not believe a hotel should be able to offer substandard facilities and refuse to refund your money. We did not stay the other two nights. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere that values their customers."
