"The property was clean, in a good location, and staff super nice. But the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on outside your room. The first night, guests came up from the bar after 2 am and after 30 min of listening to them yell and slam doors, I called the front desk. They didnt stop until after 430 in the morning. I am in san angelo to work early in the morning so this was extremely frustrating. The next day I was told they had checked out and it should be quiet up on the floor I was staying. They put a family who had rented several rooms on the floor up there right next to me. Tejano music blasting, kids yelling and doors slamming until late. It was aggravating to say the least.
I am usually not one to leave a bad review, and I know the staff can only do so much to keep guests quiet. But if you are planning on going to this hotel, be prepared for noise and not much sleep. Unless they put the people they said are there for work and meetings in different floors than families and those there to party. And mind you this was a Tuesday and Wednesday night. Not even a weekend. I would love to go back to this hotel bc I will be traveling to San angelo for the foreseeable future. But I cant risk not getting sleep with the job I have."
