"The breakfast was not that great."

"Check-in took over 45 min. They lost our reservation. Music in lobby was full of cuss words. Room was fairly clean but bathtub stopper was corroded and didn’t work. Could not get another room or service to fix it. They promised to fix it but wouldn’t answer the phone after an hour wait. Will not go back. "

"The evening hostess was very rude when I checked in. The morning associate was friendly and fun. The room was clean but the property was a wreck. Burned out bulbs in the room, towel rack fell off the wall, fridge was gross and warm. No towels in my room so I had to go all the way back to the front desk to ask and they didn't even have enough. I had to wait several hours for the rest, and they weren't delivered to my room as promised. When they never showed up, I had to go back to the front desk...

"The information given by the phone was not accurate to the hotel, I asked what time the pool closed on the phone they gave me a time and when I get there the pool was closed . The only reason I chose this hotel was because it had a pool ."

"Generell ein recht gutes Hotel jedoch mit etwas Luft nach oben. Unser Zimmer roch immer recht feucht. Das Frühstück war soweit okay aber hier fehlte jegliches Brot obwohl ein Toaster vorhanden war. Für eine oder zwei Nächte ist das Hotel jedoch absolut zu empfehlen."

"Right when I walked into my room it’s smelt old and musty. The bathtub had several hairs in it. The toilet didn’t flush. You get what you pay for. I will never stay again."

"They advertised free breakfast , but there was no breakfast, on asking they answered that in renovations they ran out of funds so they are not able to afford the Breakfast , Again asked them why don’t they make changes on Expedia booking websites, they answered they already have asked Expedia to the free breakfast."

"The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better."

We appreciated the mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room as well as access to the full kitchen next door with a variety of foods and equipment to use for breakfast or anytime. "The room smelled so bad that I had to keep the door open until I could no longer stay awake and finally fell asleep. I was terrified throughout the night after noticing at least 20 different types of insects crawling on the curtains, bathroom walls, and floor. It was an extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to others."
