"Overall it was a good stay, good location, breakfast is good. my biggest issue is i had no handwash or bodywash. It wasn't filled when i first entered the room and had not been filled during the 4 nights. i had to go to a shop and soap, bodywash and shampoo"

Noise from the housekeeping trolleys on the tiled floor was enough to wake anybody (actually sounded like a tram outside the room door). If something could be done about that it would encourage a better sleep."

"This is such a clean hotel in an ideal location for everything in Prague… we stayed 3 nights and the room was kept so clean and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed breakfast to start the day. Snacks were available at lunch time if you’re in the vicinity. The only disappointment was the lack of Coffee in the room… not the end of the world as you can grab coffee past reception after 7am. TV lacked English channels but we didn’t spend much time with the telly on so didn’t bother us "
