"I booked this hotel to better understand why it was rated so high. Now, I understand. Cleanliness of room/bathroom - impeccable. Hot breakfast - delicious. Staff - friendly with a customer-first mentality. Kickback snacks are WAAAYYY more than just snacks!! If you're a fan of the happy hour at Embassy Suites, Drury puts them to shame! This experience (along with kickback snacks) has caused my wife and I to leave Embassy for Drury. Kudos! You've just gained another customer and we travel A LOT!"

"On my second night someone entered my room after 10:00 and claimed they had put their belongings in the room earlier. No one answered at the desk when my husband called to find out how someone else had a card to get in our room. Upon checking out the next morning, we told the clerk what happened and she took our phone number for the manager to call us-no one ever did."

"Ac worked good. Liked having hard floors. Beds looked clean and felt nice. Loved the hot water in the shower. Shower and toilet were clean. There was a small crack in the bottom of the bath tub though. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the mirror were both dirty. The bath room sink ledge was very dusty. There was a screen over a window that was pretty ripped up when looking from the outside. The coffee was good. Other than that it was good for the price."

"The rooms & halls were clean, the indoor/outdoor pool was unique and well maintained, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful! We requested connecting rooms in the initial reservation, and they honored our request. The breakfast staff (seemed to be just one lady) worked hard to keep things stocked, but it got quite busy several times and by our third morning, coffee & creamer & juice were running low. "The breakfast was your typical Best Western Breakfast. It was well stocked and the helper was so personable! We tried to use the pool at night. The water temperature was quite chilly but the water was also pretty murky. We chose not to use it."

"Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water"
