Hotel dekat Chugach State Park

"A decent hotel, kind of older. Paid a lot more than what I thought it was worth. There was no blow dryer in my room but the front desk had one for me to use. Bed was mostly comfortable, was some blood stains on the sheets. TV channels are limited. Overall its an “Okay” stay"

"This was a home...like a really crappy airbnb only worse, owner didn't notify me of canceling my stay until i arrived, was high, lied about emailing me and giving me a refund. Def meth house vibes. Do not recommend lol"

"The people were nice, but the place was gross. Stains on the carpet, holes in the walls, bar music could be heard late at night and early in the morning. Also, there is not check in counter, you check in at the bar, so you are walking past people eating at their tables with your luggage to check in. Would not recommend. "

"If I could give this hotel a rating of "minus 10", I would. It was the dirtiest/smelliest place I have ever stayed. The bed was made with 1 fitted sheet and 1 top sheet only. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom....no bathmat and no hand towels or face towels. If we could have left, we would have but there was nowhere else to go. "Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was as good as any restaurant. Rooms by road are noisy, thought the windows were open. Evening “reception” was lackluster at best. Pool and hot tub were clean."

"If you are going to Alaska and flying out to other areas, this is the place to stay. Although the place is a little old, it is kept in good shape and the staff is more than helpful and very friendly."

"Unfortunately, the room I reserved was not available and I was placed in a substitute room that did not meet my needs. I was not informed about the substitute until I returned to the desk to check out. The staff apologized profusely. The GM assured me that I would not be charged. I wished it could have worked out because I was looking forward to the amenities."
