"Great service and property"

"Horrible"

"It was a completely fine stay before our early flight out. Room was big, shower was divine after 7 days hiking through the parks. Everything was super clean and comfortable and staff was polite and knowledgeable. Good restaurants within walking distance. I will stay there again if we go back."

"I traveled alone and felt very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations . The room was clean and very comfortable."

"The room was comfortable and quiet. The gym was well stocked."

"Breakfast was overcooked each of the four days with eggs rubbery and brown in spots, potatoes cooked hard and inedible, and sausage cooked to resemble hockey pucks. The carpet in my room had crumbs and other debris. When I complained to housekeeping, I was told only used towels were replaced on multi day stays: no cleaning, no bed making, no replacing of Al, used towels."

"Really amazing room and hotel."

"I have stayed many times and find the staff friendly and helpful. This was a 4 day stay. What I didn't like was that you could not turn the heat up in the room higher than 70 degrees. I am from Arizona so I was a little chilly. This seems to be a new thing. There should be some consideration of going up a few degrees from 70 as winter is beginning."

"Good place"

"Clean spacious room kind staff"

"Really nice property, clean spacious room, comfortable bed, safe parking. Would stay here again!"
