Prince was so kind and helpful, our suite was clean and comfortable. I have to mention that parking is a struggle at night, not enough parking spaces. Breakfast is just coffee, muffin and yogurt

Clean rooms, fluffy pillows, spacious bathrooms, kids playing around and secured parking. Courteous lobby staff, friendly housekeepers and attentive maintenance service. It's not overly strict so there's room to breathe and relax, specifically when you know your kids are not bothering anyone with their laughter (moms get this) Overall quite enjoyable.

I needed a place to stay that’s close to the hospital- the affordable pricing appealed to me along with the renovated interior. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. Easy check-in and easy check-out. Room was large for the price. A/C was cold and water was hot.

Staff!!!

The parking is very tight, and when we tried to back out of the spot we were blocked. The front desk immediately contacted the car blocking us and took care of the minor delay. The staff is friendly and responsive. It's a very pleasant hotel!!

Rooms were clean, beds comfy, location was perfect for our trip to 2 different attractions. The hotel is located Nextdoor to the best menudo and within walking distance to the best tacos. for the kids or picky eaters there’s chic-fil-a, McDonald’s, Starbucks. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate us with our 3 rooms.

We stayed at the Chula Vista hotel for 4 nights. The room was spacious, clean, bed and chairs were comfortable. Amenities included: frig, microwave, drawers, desk, WiFi Cable TV, hand pump soaps, shampoo and moisturizer in shower and at basin, shower over tub, hair dryer, iron and board, in room coffeemaker and supplies, charging stations, heating and AC Everything worked.Free convenient parking. Pool and whirlpool are not heated. Nice continental breakfast, cereals and milk, bagels and creamed cheese, toast, muffins, jams, coffees, teas and supplies. Dining area is pleasant and clean. Staff is pleasant and helpful. We will stay there again

Staff was friendly and straight to the point. I would not recommend staying here if safety is important or staying with children. We booked this last minute and our first time in the area as a cheap option for the night. There is obviously very much illegal activity such as drug dealing and prostitution. We were watched by a very suspicious individual while we walked to our room. Needless to say we did not get much rest due to this.
