"Everything was fine. The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. I almost never wake up in time for breakfast so I always enjoyed having the coffee maker whenever I check into any hotel rooms."

"The place is amazing but the rooms are very small, I felt for a resort this big, the rooms should have been a bit bigger. We had to call front desk and ask them to vacuum our room and clean the toilet along with the shower as they were dirty when we arrived. Somehow my $20 new NIKE shoes went missing from my room one night before checking out. I called front desk, they took a report and that was it, nothing else was done, nothing was escalated and upon checking out, it was as if nothing had happened. I mean, how do shoes go missing all of a sudden after it is cleaned? The pool areas are amazing, my kids, wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. The lazy river is amazing, the wave pool was the best part. Food is great, drinks are great and the best part is the resort is not overcrowded like you would think. Would I stay again? Well after the whole shoe incident, I am not too sure but aside from that, the resort is great."

"Situated perfectly in the middle of beaches, bays, and the Mission Beach boardwalk. Amazing big rooms and amenities were great. Staff was helpful. Dockside restaurant was delicious brunch and view. The only downside is the pool is not that great for such a nice resort. That would be the only deciding factor to pick another resort. The pictures on the website are deceiving and stretch out the pool to look massive but it is quite small. Overall great resort!"
