"clean room. toke toke free."

"The hotel was very close to the night markets, which was what we wanted to do. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived and helped with give us ideas on what to do in the area."

"I liked it very much."

"Hotel is quite comfortable but a bit old, needs some renovations. Clean and have pillows choices - soft or firm. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel location not too far from the airport."

"Hotel bello e moderno situato nella zona moderna di Chiang Mai. Lontano però a piedi dall' old Town e dai night market. C'è anche la piscina di cui però non abbiamo usufruito. Stanza ampia e ben arredata così come pure il bagno. Colazione dolce ben assortita e macchinette per fare cappuccino e caffè. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto manca un'area fumatori esterna con posti a sedere."

"Saubere Zimmer, Klimaanlage sehr gut, Nimman an der Ecke…"

"Everything about the Empress Premier was excellent! I would highly recommend the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and all the hotel staff were very helpful. I do recommend you make your own arrangements if traveling from the airport, but that is quite easy."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to the front desk team ready to assist with anything you need, always with a smile. Good breakfast buffet for the price. Very central to everything in Chiang Mai. Central mall and Maya mall are couple of minutes away."

"Fantastic stay! We spent four nights and it was great every day. This location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping and going on tours/adventures. We enjoyed the breakfast each day - they were helpful with my allergy to gluten and there were food options for me, which I appreciated. The room is very comfortable and the view spectacular. Would stay here again and highly recommend."

"This is the most beautiful and comfortable place I have ever stayed. I could have never left the property and been completely satisfied with my vacation. Everything is over the top but understated luxury. The pool is amazing. The food is so good. The staff are so helpful. It is a magical place."
