"This hotel was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed through our whole entire Italy trip. The hotel staff is extremely helpful at any given time, the breakfast was incredible and the best we’ve had in our trip and our room the villa overseeing the lake como with private access to the water was incredible. We will definitely be coming back and staying with at this hotel again. Also, if you have a car they have private parking which comes in handy, but also a bus station is nearly 3 minutes walking...

"The location was awesome. It was immediately right outside the ferry station of lenno, as soon as you get our of the ferry. View from the front of the hotel was great. The room was clean but basic. The bathroom was clean. They provide 3 things in the minibar that is included in the price. A coke, a water can and carbonated water can. Its once for the stay. The breakfast was better than average. "This is a spectacular hotel owned by two sisters with family members working there as well. The owners are there and constantly cleaning. They offer a nice breakfast every morning over looking beautiful Lake Como. Be prepared to walk down which is not bad, about 15-20 minutes through the beautiful village. It is the up hill if you have difficulties or just take breaks. Also, there is parking if you rent a car. If you walk, you end up at a great place called Bar Roma where you can rest, eat...
