"Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk."

"A éviter absolument, hôtel très moyen (mise à part la vue sur le lac), mais cela n'est pas le pire. Nous avons régler intégralement le séjour en quittant l'hôtel, puis nous avons été prélevé du même montant 3 jours après, sans aucune notification, et sans même appliquer la réglementation Européenne en terme de double authentification pour les paiements en ligne à partir des coordonnées de CB enregistrées lors de la réservation. Nous pensions au départ à une simple erreur, et nous avons vite...

"Staff told us we could have a taxi back from Bellagio, just give them a call. Then when we rang they said it was too late, we then had to walk over 8km back to the hotel along dark winding roads. They also made us park the car in a car park which they failed to mention was chargeable. Upon checking out we were billed twice and for more nights than we had used the car park for."

"The staff were friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. The room was spacious, clean, and above all, we had a wonderful view of Lake Como from each room. The hotel’s interior design and decorative details were charming and sophisticated. We also greatly enjoyed the delicious breakfast.It was just a one-night stay, but they truly made our visit to Lake Como exceptional. I have to say, it was absolutely perfect !...

"The breakfast was really great, everything was fresh, there was plenty of choice and it tasted delicious. The room was very nice and the coffee was excellent. The terrace down by the water is definitely the highlight, it feels like a truly special place on Lake Como. The restaurant is amazing as well, the pizza is on another level and the angioletti with Nutella for dessert were incredible."

"Great location, right outside the ferry/view. The staff were incredibly sweet and went above and beyond. We were able to check in a little earlier than usual, have breakfast prepared by staff to-go when we had to leave early, get a taxi scheduled for us when the ferries got cancelled, etc etc. hands down would book again!"

"Great hotel with fantastic balcony views of Lake Como. Very spacious and well kept grounds around the hotel with ample parking. Extremely helpful and friendly hotel staff who go the extra mile for anything you may need. Very clean rooms. Breakfast options were very good with lots of different options. Based a short walk from restaurants and ferry and bus terminals for transport to other locations around the Lake Como."
