"The water was shut off without notice in the middle of the night, and when it was restored, there was no hot water. To add to that, the bathroom sink has a very bad smell coming up from the pipes."

"The best part of this Best Western was the breakfast, which was great with a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was fine too. The room was fine, a little worn and plain, but it was clean. The tub drain was a bit stained, toilet seat was a bit loose. I wanted to use the pool, but it was quite cold & unheated. I thought the room was overpriced especially since it was in the middle of an industrial area."

"When we arrived in our room, the smell of old rug welcomed us. Room is warm, I thought maybe because we just got in so i didnt mind, and this was at 4pm check in. Room is okay, decent, clean. So i turned the ac to 70 coz its still not cooling down and we went to the pool. Came back at 7pm and room still warm, went down to front desk and told them about the issue and they said theyll send engineering to check it while were gone to eat. i said okay, and when we came back at 10pm room is still warm...
