We check in with the kind lady at the front desk. She was personable and pleasant. Enjoyed the process with her. Zero complaints about her professionalism or anything. She did perfect. "Hotel was good and they also had complimentary breakfast which was good. But there were stains on the linen and the room glasses were all pink which we did not expect. Parking was free and easy. Overall good experience."

They were judgmental and overly excessive with there rules We left the room in excellent condition very clean and complied with all their excesive rules and they were looking for anything they could to keep our deposit and couldn't find one so they said that the sheets had some blood stains and we never even got under the top blanket and they kept our deposit"

"There was no breakfast offered. 5het didnt provide blankets because they said alot have been stolen so tgey won't have blankets. We had bhgs and ant a on the carpet and it was dirty. Stains all over the floors. People at the front desk are rude and not helpful."

"I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element."
