After we arrived at the property i could not use the self check kiosk because it could not find my reservation so we go to the counter the staff member informs me the room i booked was unavailable (i just over heard her tell the guest before us the same thing) and it was there error so she would upgrade us at no cost and that we would "be very happy with this room" by the way we booked a room with a jetted tub due to my bad back we finally get to the room and it was not even close to making us happy i go to the bathroom to use the toilet the lid was closed i open it and at least 10 fruit flies flew out of it and there are many more dead in the toilet at this point its no big deal i flush it the room was nothing special anyways i go to turn the shower on to freshen up the shower will not come on just slow drip at this point im so mad i call the front desk and explained that the shower was not working to the manager she just says come back down we will change your room great we go back down stairs bags in tow wait in a 5 person line of unhappy guest that did not have the room they booked get to the counter and the manager takes us i hand her the key and she goes what are you doing checking out? I said no our shower in our room is not working she replied not with a sorry but with a maam you dont need to be loud with me i didnt know what you came down here for so i told her we just need a room with a working shower so i can freshen up they give us another room very bad service
