"This hotel was excellent! The staff were all friendly and helpful, and the amenities were so good. The 24 hr. snack room was perfect, and they had an amazing coffee machine we used every day to make espresso drinks. The location was perfect for us, as this was our first trip to NYC, and we were able to get everywhere we needed to get from this central location. I'd book here again in a heartbeat!"

"I come to NYC often, but when I bring my daughter, this is the hotel I like to stay at most. The staff by far are the best part about this hotel. I feel safe here with my daughter, it’s almost like an at home type of feel, like at grandmas house or something. I’m not sure how to explain it. Las instalaciones están impecables, todo muy limpio y bien cuidado. La estancia fue increíble, realmente se disfruta muchísimo y definitivamente lo recomendamos al 100%. Como única recomendación, sugerimos llevar tapones para los oídos, ya que puede haber un poco de ruido en ciertos momentos de la noche. Sin duda volveríamos 😊 "

"Excellent service, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Felt like we were coming home each night. With 3 in our party, we were able to stay in one room, because of pullout sofa. Very, very quiet, no street noise, even though we were only on the third floor. We'll definitely return to this hotel the next time in NYC. Only suggestion is to replace the mattress on the pullout sofa."
