"I found the property Luma Terra Prague to be a well maintained , well organized establishment ,and exceptionally run by its management. During my recent stay, it gave me sufficient time to really appreciate the quality of product that was being offered in spite of its status in low budget category. I enjoyed the professionalism of the personnel, the courtesy of the staff at large, and the overall warmth of their welcome. On the downside, the exterior of the building is so plain, so invisible...

"When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere."

"The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful and super friendly! The room was great for the price, I just wish the AC actually worked. The AC unit had a broken back pipe so it was blowing out hot air through the back but otherwise everything was amazing!! Definitely recommend"

"Beautiful hotel well situated to access public transport, shops and attractions. We ate dinner in the bar 2 nights and both days it was delicious. Staff on reception and bar were very friendly. I would return again next time I am in Prague. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. Rooms are a good size and very clean."
