We were placed on the second floor but they were really nice and helped us change our room to the 5th floor on the second night."

"This was a great place to stay in Prague. My husband and I opted for a 2 bedroom suite (we both snore) and the rooms were large, comfortable and very, very clean. While I noticed that the property lists as having no elevator, it definitely does. We were on the 6th floor! We opted for the breakfast option and the food was fresh and there were lots of options with some changes each morning to keep it all new. "When we hung the placard on the door to make up the room, although the bed was made, towels were still on the floor, no additional coffee or tea was provided, and the coffee cups were left unwashed. This was totally unacceptable. Also the terrace was available to those buying overpriced breakfast. Our bathroom sink didn't drain, the sink had a bar that was ready to fall apart as did the hangers. Save your money and book elsewhere."
