"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"My husband and I were blown away by this property. As soon as you walk into the hotel you are transported through time to the 16th and 17th century beautiful courtyard which opens up into the patio and a grand staircase winds upwards to the rooms. This is by far the most magical hotel I have ever laid eyes on. "Très bien situé avec un look moderne et impressionnant. La terrasse sur le toit est magnifique et le restaurant CUIT offre une vue exceptionnelle ainsi qu’un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Par contre, aucun stationnement ni service de voiturier n’est offert. Il faut utiliser un stationnement public situé à environ deux coins de rue, ce qui peut être moins pratique, surtout puisqu’il n’y a pas d’espace prévu pour débarquer les valises à l’arrivée et au départ."

"The triple room was very small with no balcony - we ended up paying to upgrade. Also the pool is in an orangery (with slide open doors and pull back roof) which I think isn’t made too clear. But otherwise it was lovely"

"New hotel in a good location under 20 mins walk from the Cathedral. Unusual quirky design with pine panelling throughout, with comfortable rooms and large bathrooms. Nearby marina area has some nice restaurants. The excellent beach is just 5 mins away. The airport is a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Had a decent gym which could do with a few more machines. Very friendly staff who really looked after us. Fantastic roof top pool and bar area, with great views out to sea and toward the Old Town,...
