"The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel. Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples. The suite we stayed in had a split level sleeping arrangement which made the room spacious and the large window opened on to a Juliet balcony overlooking the busy street below. "We booked this place for pre cruise and before our outbound flight from Naples. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the port. Everything was great, surprising quiet for being on a busy street. Lot of restaraunts close by in spaccanapoli and close to transport including the metro. The best part was the host Massimo, he gave us restaraunt recommendations and directions. Massimo went above and beyond in helping us after the airline lost a suitcase by calling and speaking in italian to the lost...
