You have to walk further down the Camino to get to town for restaurants, although the night we stayed they offered a buffet breakfast and dinner that you could pay for. "I stayed at Pensión Mirador for one night while picking someone up at nearby Santiago de Compostela Airport. The manager was excellent in advising me where I can eat locally and what all the amenities that were available at the Pensión. The room was clean, as was the common bathroom/shower used by guests. I highly recommend it for anyone in the area for the Camino de Santiago, or any other reason."
