"Fantastic place - wonderful ambience."

"Das Zimmer war ok., doch das Bett knarrte bei jeder Bewegung im Bett, also konnte man kaum schlafen. Als wir am andern Abend eher etwas später nach Hause kamen fanden wir das Zimmer so an, wie wir es morgens verliessen, ausser das Bett wurde gemacht. Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Der Abfalleimer war nicht geleert, die Kaffeetassen vom Vortag standen noch so wie wir sie nicht abgewaschen hingestellt haben noch da, sogar das Papier des Kaffees lag noch daneben. "Fantastic location, older hotel but very charming. They need to cleanup the bottom floor/abandoned rooms on the ocean, but it really doesn’t effect the overall experience unless you venture down there. Beautiful views from rooms and hotel grounds."

"Hotel Oriente was in a great location. Easy walk to the main street and both of the marinas. Friendly and helpful staff with a good breakfast. Lovely garden areas and so many museum pieces everywhere to look at. Would choose to stay again on our next visit to the beautiful island of Lipari."
