"This is a stunning place to stay and the breakfast is incredible. The nearby restaurant that our host recommended was terrific . The staff went out of their way to help, even after we had left things behind after we checked out & had to return to retrieve them. The tower and cathedral are a pleasant 15 minute walk away. "The apartment was conveniently located close to all the sights and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, very peaceful and we had a good size room which had mosquito mesh at the window meant we could open it. The shared kitchen was great to grab a coffee and gave us somewhere else to sit and plan our days out. The luggage storage room was useful as we arrived before check in time and left afterwards too. It's a very secure place with keypad access."

"A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"Wonderful stay, right on the Garibaldi square and overlooking the river, in a fascinating and lively neighbourhood - lots of food choices, relatively short walk to the Piazza dei Miracoli, watched the rowers training on the Arno. The room ('Teresita') was beautifully appointed with great windows, lots of little luxurious amenities. Will highly recommend this place to everyone."

We contacted the property several days before arrival. They sent us the keypad codes for entrances. But one of the entrance code doesn't work. "We only stayed in the property one night. In between Rome and Cinque Terra. The staff was amazing, easy to talk with and helpful . I was very stressed on arrival as I had just lost my phone and the gentleman was so supportive . The room was pristine and had a little balcony. I wish we had a little more time to stay there. Also - location wise you probably want a taxi with luggage from the train station but can walk there in about 20 minutes. The tower is about 5 minutes in the opposite direction...
