"Great little hotel in a great location in central Treviso. Lovely bar next door! Room was small but absolutely fine and clean with a good size shower. We only saw the cleaner but she was lovely and helpful. She allowed us to leave our bag as the room wasn’t ready and she put it in our room and gave us our room key so we pop back later. The only issue was that we were only given one room key and you needed the key for power to the room. I like to get up and run but if I left the card so husband had electric, he’d have to come and let me back in or I had to leave him with no electric. We made it work so it wasn’t the end of the world. Would definitely stay again"

"Wonderful quiet hotel near to all major points of interest. Cristina was very helpful with our check-in and the suite was impeccable. I would highly recommend it; my only regret is that we only booked a one day stay in Treviso, so we’ll have to return here soon."

"Small room but works for 1, with a large balcony. Near to train station and old town. Breakfast good but nothing special. Keys harder to lose than a swipe card i guess."

"To note, this is a shared apartment that have rooms with private bathrooms rented individually, not a chain hotel. With this in mind there are nuisances to be aware of, such as multiple keys, not a single plastic card, to access the building. In our case we had 3 keys (1 to access the building, 1 to access the room and 1 to access the private but detached bathroom across the hall) and a code to access the apartment on the 3rd floor. The entire apartment was clean with a shared kitchen area for coffee, etc. Our bedroom, labeled#, (others were labeled *and +, these I believe had attached private bathrooms), had a platform (only mattress) bed with a wooden frame around the bed. Be careful as this could pose a tripping hazard especially at night when going to the bathroom. The room is equipped with a flat screen tv that at times had to be unplugged in order to be powered on. A great stay to reach everything. Great host who were not on site but were reachable through Whatsapp and were attentive to all our needs and request."

"Do not book this hotel!! This company is the worst accommodation company I have ever dealt with. We booked with them from Feb. 9 to 12th. When we arrived, there was no running water. We called them, as they have no front desk, and we were told they were aware of this and offered a refund if we didn't want to stay. Due to the hour of our arrival, we said we would stay the night but if it wasn't fixed the next day we would check out. In the morning we still had no water, we couldn't bathe, flush toilets or use any of the washer (which was the main reason we booked). Again we called, the person we spoke with said we had to go through hotels.com as that's who we booked with. I contacted them through their online chat where the agent I was chatting with called the hotel group, was told they were aware of the water and had no timeline for when it would be turned back on. They told the agent a refund would be provided. We checked out and booked elsewhere. 24 hours later we were sent an email from Hotels.com saying the hotel will not provide a refund per their cancellation policy. I have been back and forth with hotels.com and the company and they refused any kind of refund. Stay away from here. On top of this the room was dingy and stained. It was not very clean or comfortable. "
