"Room was average for the price paid but overall looked tired. Very old pub and traditional rooms but that’s no reason to ignore mould and damage to the bathroom and paint flaking off the walls.
Light fitting was hanging off by exposed wires.
In the evenings the pub downstairs is busy with a lot of noise heard upstairs until about midnight. "

"Stayed at Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa for 3 nights and honestly… the thermal journey is the only reason I’d come back.
Rooms are pretty meh—dated and not the cleanest. We were in room 166 and there were visible spill stains on the wall (not great), but it did have incredible lake views. It was also super convenient being so close to the elevator to take you to the spa.
Read the fine print: access to the main pool (with infrared sauna + eucalyptus steam) is limited to 2.5 hours. Family time is...

"We had an excellent stay at the Cranleigh recently. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. We had to park around the back of the hotel which wasn’t the best for getting out of, but all in all we had a fantastic stay in a great location."
