"Extremely clean environment and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"The hotel staff informed me at check in that we had been "upgraded".... They moved me to a "Trailer Room" which was a trailer home in the parking lot. Not what I booked. The Trailer smelled bad and there were rats in the parking lot, so the staff moved me to another trailer which also smelled. Maintenance was supposed to fix the smell while we were out. "The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, staff friendly and great amenities (I wish the pool was open until 10 pm). "

"Overall the room was nice. Small for a one bedroom suite and a few minor issues (things not working). Large stains on carpet in hallway. My biggest issue was the staff. The valet gentlemen were nice but the front desk clerks were rude. No exceptions for early arrival and late departure. My special needs son had a medical appointment that ran over and we needed a few extra minutes to check out. We had already contacted someone there and was told no problem we could stay until 12:30. "Walking distance to nearby Convention Center. Not alot of foot traffic, especially evenings/late nights, but area felt safe. Great full kitchen. Quick cabride to/from airport, so beware drivers taking the long way to run up the fare."
