"I had an exceptional stay at the Mercure Barcelona Condor. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and truly looked after. I had a lot of basic things to sort out—directions, local tips, transport questions—and they were incredibly patient and helpful every time.
What really stood out was their thoughtfulness on my departure day. My flight was early, and I was going to miss breakfast. Without me even asking, they packed me a picnic to take along—such a kind and unexpected gesture.
The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-located, but it’s the people who made the experience special. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Barcelona."
"First time on property as this was my first time in Barcelona, I really loved my room to the point on some days I just lounge in my room. It was cool, clean and housekeeping was always on point and super nice. The lady who cleaned my room was super sweet. Loved being poolside reading my kindle or on my Ipad. Couple of minutes away from the Cortes de Ingles and the metro which I also liked. Overall, my stayed was superb."
