"The property is conveniently located in Barcelona's higher end area. It is clean and comfortable. The kitchen facilities are very good for a short stay. If you like fresh food/fruit, there are plenty of stores withing a few minutes' walk. One word of caution: The main lobby/check in counter is about 8 steps above the street level. Older people with heavy luggage will have difficulty negotiating these steps. We enjoyed our stay."

"We adored Blanc guesthouse! The staff was so kind and welcoming. Great AC, fabulous breakfast included and a patio to eat it on. Near big grocery store but not right in the tourist chaos. We could hear a night club but it didn’t significantly take away from our stay. Able to walk to most things but expect about 1-1.5 hr to walk to beach and/or Sagrada etc. Loved! Have already recommended for budget travelers that want a nice place with kind people!"

"This place is very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. It has a cozy porche and a beautiful courtyard sitting area to enjoy. The breakfast selection was excellent. It needs some minor maintenance issues, such as loose floor tiles in the room and the shower knobs. A couple of suggestions: an extra powder-toilet space for the second floor and a sink in the kitchen area. It's located within walking distance to Parque Güell and Sagrada Familia. "Location was great! The complementary loose tea and expresso machine was great Price is fair for a basic hotel, no frills room, no blow dryer, no microwave, and fridge is a mini bar so no space. The bathroom floor had a puddle when I arrived, water is complementary in room for day one only, no matter how long you stay. A good hotel experience are in the details. All things considered, I’d stay again."

"Clean and spacious apartment with excellent location - very walkable to transit, restaurants and grocery. Kitchen was equipped enough to make very simple meals. (ie pasta with sauce, charcuterie plate). Building and apartment access was simplified using link. The onsite luggage storage was extremely handy. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in and after check out and walk around the city. As another reviewer mentioned, there is major construction nearby. Would definitely stay...
