Castles in Chuy Province

Great hotel great location will stay again.

Stay was wonderful.. all the staff were very polite and generous. Also great place to stay for a vacation.

Exquisite service - stylish and professionally managed. I will gladly return to this establishment.

Arrived at the hotel early. I was welcomed by the receptionist Eliza. Very professional attitude and she checked us in with no problems. The owner Gulsana gave a little gift to my daughter and welcomed us all. Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. For a 3 star hotel it really exceeded my expectations. Cleaning was top notch. Anything we needed or wanted was accommodated. Upon check out Bekzat ensured we were happy with everything and asked us how they can do better in which we said just keep up what...

The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Very modern and tasteful decor throughout.

Very clean and modern room, service is fast, everyone is cheerful and helpful, food is great.

5 stars is only thanks to the hotel manager Noorai who went above and beyond to recrify our issues in service from the hotel. When I say service I mean the restaurant, cleaners and room service. Absolutely appaling from them. But 5 stars thanks to Noorai and Sabira. The receptionist Sabira is worth a mention who also made our check in and check out process efficient and pleasant. Wouldn't say I would come again. But I may well do. So I would recommend the hotel for short stays. Families please...

Absolutely excellent, staff were friendly and efficient. Facilities were great and location ideal.

A good, reasonably priced hotel

All of the staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was upgraded which was a much appreciated bonus. Room and bed were very comfortable. Hotel is situated in the perfect location for discovering Bishkek.

The hotel has lots of traditional art yet still has a cimtemporary feel. There is a Jewellery master class available.
