"The hotel and casino overall are well maintained clan and modern. Rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the wait staff and the staff in the Birch gift shop. Friendly helpful and very pleasant. They advertise 4 restaurants. Burgers of Madison County and the fireside lounge essentially serve the same menu. We had dinner at the forest grill. Beautiful venu. Average food for above average prices. "The place smells and room was damp. Ac was not letting the room get below 74."

"I arrived at 230pm and told check in was at 3pm and the room wasn't ready. OK I thought, I always arrive early and the room is always ready, I booked a suite. but I understand. At 3pm, I go back and told the room is still not ready and at 4pm now being told the room was finally ready. The girl behind the desk was sorry and of course, it's not her fault.... I expected the manager to knock on the door or call to come down and grab a bottle of soda or water and bag of chips for free, just something...

"The water pressure in the sink needs to be turned up a little in the bathroom sink. The shower would not close my daughter had to hold it close so the water didn't get all over the place. Also needed more plates and silverware and cookware to fix food on the stovetop."
