"Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. Expedia did not communicate this and I wouldn't have booked if I had known. Otherwise the property is fine, though there are big rotten holes in the patio -...

"The room was clean and comfy the only complaint i have was the temperature of the radiators being lukewarm, not suitable for the cold climate, there was a electric fan but it took all day to warm the room . Some staff were courteous some just ignore you. The amenities were not good, it had a restaurant on the ground floor open to anyone . The food was amazing and reasonably priced. However the hotel ran the reception from the restaurant counter so you ordered , paid for food and drinks from...

"Great Location , Clean , not very spacious tho but since you only come back to sleep so space was good enough. One minor concern was the heating system which you cannot control sometimes it was extremely hot to the point that you need to open the balcony door"

"We stayed in Kama Lama for 4 nights and had the best time. The room was modern and smelt lovely. There was a shared kitchen and dining area that was super useful. We washed our own dishes but some guests did leave their dishes which we felt was lazy! We would highly recommend staying here.
