Ivan is a welcoming host, well-spoken English and came up with some nice tips for restaurants and activities. Facilities and amenities are all good (in line with pictures shown), good beds/bedlinnen, shower as well as wifi compared with other casa's/hostals. Enormous terrace with sun and shadow option, which you can also use after check out (I had to take the bus at 9pm and could use the terrace to relax from the intense day visiting all Cienfuegos had to offer after checking out). Super close to the Viazul busstation, however bit farther away from the Central Park and night life. Would recommend!

Ivan & Lady Laura were fabulously friendly & welcoming! The place was spotless & a great spot to hang out with friends. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for an extra bit of comfort in a home stay. The breakfast was the best we had in Cuba!

Our stay was very comfortable and the family was so helpful. The casa in a short walk to the center of town and the square. There is a lovely patio on the roof with a great view over the rooftops of the neighborhood.

Great location and helpful staff
The hotel was very clean and well located (5 minute walk from the centre). It also had a really nice terrace areas with views of the town. The staff were incredibly helpful; organising tours and taxis for us and providing great service at the hotel.
